Serious and Organised Crime Strategy 2018

The Home Office recently published the Serious and Organised Crime (SOC) Strategy 2018, which sets out their response to the full range of serious and organised crime threats.

Alongside the publication of the 2018 SOC Strategy, Home Office analysts have published a document which sets out prioritised evidence needs to support delivery of the strategy. This document allows anyone considering research in this area to focus their work to impact on the priorities most important to Government. Building our understanding of the threat posed by serious and organised crime is crucial, improving the evidence base on which policy choices are made and the targeting of resources on the most important risks and vulnerabilities.

The Home Office research priorities document is available here.

The 2018 SOC Strategy can be accessed through the Home Office website.
