Opportunity: Stop the Traffik

Stop the Traffik, an organisation focused on combating human trafficking using technology and intelligence driven modelling, is looking for a dedicated Operations Director to join their team. A full time position reporting to the CEO, the Operations Director will lead the day to day operations of the organisation with the goal of delivering the STT’s strategic plan. 

The successful candidate will be a part of the strategic executive team, and will lead the management team; integrate the strategic framework into an operational business plan; engage in monitoring and evaluation; produce documents including fundraising proposals; manage budgets and projects; provide high level negotiation and administrative skills, and complete an array of other tasks detailed in the full job description, which can be found on the Stop the Traffik website. 

The successful candidate will hold at minimum an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; have a history of engagement with an issue equivalent to human trafficking; have an understanding of models for stakeholder engagement and community change; have experience of strategic management including people leadership; experience organizing and delivering projects; have experience with budgets; and will be an expert communicator.
